YES - we try to make the classes as queer friendly as possible. We have several same sex couples join us for our classes although at this stage it is still predominately straight couples.
If you are coming without a partner, we pair people up based on who is available and who turns up to the class. Let us know if you’ll come without a partner and we’ll see what we can do! When we start, we say leaders on one side and followers on the other, so you need to pick a side at that point.
We also have a monthly LGBT+ social - we encourage everyone to attend - more info here.
Do you cater for people with disabilities and / or are neuro diverse?
Yes we do! However it is usually a good idea to give us a call first to see how we get best help you achieve your dance goals.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
We are not registered with NDIS as a provider so can't be invoiced by them, however you could check with your individual case manager to see if they would cover lessons or classes. We could provide a receipt to you once payment is made at the time of the lesson for you to claim back with them. Some clients do this - but again you should check with your own case manager as to what the rules are.
